Apartment Nencio

In the old stone and wood house, dating back to the 18th century, where the B&B and the apartments are located, is also the Nencio, restored in the 2010. It has a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a further single bed and with direct access to the terrace. It has also a second double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a little store room with a washing machine. The living area is rather unusual, due to its fully furnished kitchen in modern brick, with a large table for 8 persons and a stove. The sofa bed allows the apartment to accommodate up to 7 people. The south-facing balcony offers a magnificent panorama of Dolomites Heritage (UNESCO).

The apartment is fully furnished and provided with plates and cuttlery, oven, fridge, washing machine, ecological soaps, summer / winter duvets, controllable heating in every room, tv and wifi. The price includes the bed and table linen, towels, general costs and final cleaning. For the pets’s hospitality there is an extra.
